Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LearnFaster — our website and iOS app, operated by AINOR sp. z o.o., a company based in Poland (“LearnFaster”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The service
LearnFaster helps you build vocabulary in a new language through flashcards, quizzes, and spaced-repetition practice, with AI-generated examples, audio, and images. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve it.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use LearnFaster.
- Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
When using LearnFaster, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service, or abuse the AI generation features beyond normal personal use.
AI-generated content
Example sentences, translations, audio, and images are produced automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or imperfect. They’re for learning practice and are not professional translation, linguistic, or any other professional advice. Use your judgment.
Your content
The words and decks you create remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you (including sending the relevant text to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy). You can delete your content and your account at any time from inside the app.
Intellectual property
The LearnFaster app, brand, and the shared learning assets we generate (cached example sentences, audio, and images reused across learners) belong to us or our licensors. These Terms don’t grant you ownership of them — only the right to use the service for personal learning.
Price and changes
LearnFaster is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we’ll make the terms of any purchase clear before you pay. We may also update or discontinue parts of the service.
Termination
You may stop using LearnFaster and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms it or other users. You can always export the value of your learning by continuing to study; account deletion permanently removes your data.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated content will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnFaster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you use LearnFaster as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
